We conducted successful the communication supports campaign for VinaCapital on the forum called â€śDoing Business with Vietnamâ€ť , one of the largest international business forum which was organized just one-day â€“before APEC CEO Summit in November 2006 at National Convention Center in Hanoi.
This Communication Support Project carried out the main messages that VinaCapital is premier investment bank in Vietnam and their role as co-organizer and lead sponsor for the forum.
In order to support the campaign, a series of nationwide-activities were organized in Hanoi and Hochiminh City. We used both above-the-line and below-the-line activities aiming to deliver the key messages. Before the event, a series of print ads was arranged on key English newspapers. A TV live talk-show on VTV1 was aired two times with presence of VinaCapitalâ€™s executive as the guest commentator. A total of 25 articles were published on almost key newspapers in Vietnam mostly in interview form with VinaCapitalâ€™s executives giving opinions and perspectives on the investment, real estate and other financial-related issues. Also, a heavy visual branding on streets and major hotels in Hanoi and Hochiminh City with VinaCapitalâ€™s logo inserted was put colorful effects to the cities. During the Forum day on 15th November 2006, the information booth was set up at National Convention Center and became the central place for discussions and information distributions between forumâ€™s delegates, media, with VinaCapital representatives.
